Tribo-Engineering
The tasks in tribology are multidisciplinary and diverse. Once the parameters of the tribosystem have been determined, the appropriate lubricant can be designed – here, in addition to the purely tribological aspects, a large number of “accompanying circumstances” must be taken into account and implemented correctly. The right tools have to be used for this – in project management as well as in tribological issues. Innovative premium lubricants from smartGLEIT are one of these tools.
Training Program
We also take care of tribological knowledge transfer – customerspecific training is supporting your personnel in design, development, production and maintenance. Tribological knowledge helps to avoid problems with friction and wear. We are happy to coordinate the details of your training with you – checkout the possibilities!
Application Engineering
The lubricant can only work optimally if it is used correctly. This is especially true for coatings. Of course, we also support you in the design and implementation of application technology. For coatings we have a network of qualified contract coaters available – in case you do not want to apply the dry film lube or the bonded coating yourself.
Tribo-Testing
Tribological tests with (partly) standardised testing systems enable the simulation of friction and wear conditions – these can be helpful in problem analysis and problem solving. Tribological testing machines allow certain elements of a tribological system to
be analysed, which in return allows conclusions to be drawn about the intended application. Within our network we offer the possibility to carry out various tests – of course including the evaluation and corresponding conclusions.
